Shipping / Returns
Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of my products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Shipping times typically increase during sales and holidays, so plan accordingly for those special occasions.
You can upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout if your order is needed quickly.
As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from Little Blue Jewelry. For an update on your order status, you can visit the USPS Tracking Site and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Confirmation Purchase Email.
Due to the nature of some of our products being custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom pieces. If the product in not custom made, we gladly accept exchanges for unworn items within 7 days of delivery.
We can exchange items within 7 days of receipt and if the items is defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience and send your defective item back to us. Please note that shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
