Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item if it is broken or unacceptable. Buyer must pay the return shipping. Once we receive the package, a refund will be given to the same card/account it was paid from less any fees incurred. Custom orders are non-refundable. No exceptions.
